Ok, here it is. I think it turned out really cute. I'm going to let it sit for a few days and decide if I need to put more crushed walnut shells in it. I really like the little prairie points on it. I asked my husband what he thought about it and he said, What is it??? I couldn't believe it. Oh well, no accounting for taste, huh?

I like it. Very nice.
How big is this pincushion? I will have to show it to my quilting group at the Senior Center. We are going to start next week on some kind of crazy quilt project. I have not done anything like that before, but I am supposed to be showing them! Any suggestions?? Never heard about walnut shells in a pincushion - do they work well?
Thanks for your comment on my post about our guild's quilt show. I appreciate your thoughts. Funny that you mentioned you were watching The Closer - that is one of the few programs I watch regularly. What I miss I try to watch online. I did watch 2 1/2 of them Monday night - just happened to see in the listings that they were showing several. I just love all the characters!
Quilty hugs,
Nancy
