I worked on some orange last night and this morning. I had some left over from my Nine patches....I have added these to my other Disappearing 4 patch blocks and my other little blocks for the other project. These are for the monthly rainbow scrap challenge. I TRY to do my nine patches the same color as the challenge so I'll be sure and have some scraps but it doesn't always work out. I've got to play catch up now cause I missed some colors but I sure like this DP4 block and I want it to have alot of different colors in it....
This is the block that I don't remember it's name. Anybody know it???
Here's my 40 nine patches for the month!
Ok, gotta get off and get busy. I have more sewing to do before the grandbaby objects! I hope you get to sew some this weekend. til next time!

Busy, busy, busy!! They look great.
They do look great. Must try that block sometime
You r got lots of orange done so far. I love the little nine patches, so cute.
Blocks look great. D9P is such a great block to play with. Yours are super.
Oh my! Forty 9-patches - way to go! All your orange projects look great. Don't know the name of your "mystery" blocks, but I have admired that pattern as well.
I think the nine patch variations with the diagonal squares is a Carolina Crossroads from Bonnie Hunter. You have an awesome collection of orange creations. Most impressive!
Cool orange blocks! I'm looking forward to seeing all your colorful blocks come together in a few months.
I just love your D4P blocks and they are great in the orange colours.
Wonderful job. I love the D4P block, too.

What size are your D4P blocks? It's one I like, too. It was fun when we did it for the block lotto.
Such great orange blocks in your sewing room!
I saw this block and made some as leader/enders. I know it was in the Quiltmaker magazine in Bonnie Hunter's scrap column a couple of years ago, but can't remember the name.
Love all your orange blocks. All your oranges remind me of fall.
You're doing great with your D4Ps. I've yet to do my orange ones but I have them cut out. I'm finding I'm having to delve into larger pieces to get the 5 inches out.
I've no idea what the 9 patch blocks are called, though it took me a while to realize they were all the same block! It's amazing how different they look in different colour combos.
