Well, this month is orange month for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. I pulled out a little bit of orange and made these blocks today. These are so quick and easy to make...They are just 9 patches basically and go together very quickly.
I also made two more D4P for the third quilt.
The second quilt is now all together. I did that this week. I'll start putting the white border around it next and finish it off with the final border next week. This second quilt is for my youngest granddaughter and luckily to say I am ahead of schedule...Yeah for me. Her birthday is the end of April and it will definitely be ready way ahead of that. I really cut it close with the first one and didn't want to be stressed out again like that! Anyway, the middle is done and ready for the borders...now onto the third one!!!

Such pretty orange and white blocks.
Cute heart pillows in your previous post :D
Great patterns!
Orange and white always reminds me of those orange dream-scicles from when I was a kid. Beautiful blocks.
Great orange blocks.
I am not much of an orange person but those are very nice blocks. I think the white complements the orange and makes it pleasant to look at.
You've been quick off the mark, I've only just got to thinking about my orange blocks, lol
Looks really good and I know it feels great to be ahead with your gift project.
I love the look of the D4P with rainbow colors and white! It will make a lovely quilt.
I really like the orange blocks. I always think that orange looks comfy.

Well you're getting more done than me ;) Lovely orange blocks Linda :) Oh how I hate putting borders on too! I'm planning on NOT putting borders on my one D4P project if and when I get to that stage. I think I'd rather do extra blocks. Have a good week :) Ellyx
You are on a roll with your D4P quilts. Glad you got your borders on. That part is always a holdup for me too. More great blocks getting made for future quilts too.
Looking very good! I have virtually no orange in my stash! Maybe a couple for pumpkins and Halloween. I'm buying it for a quilt swap this year for my person, but I'm not appreciating it at all. It's the UT color with white, and I haven't changed my mind about it with 3 seasons of being inundated with orange and white at homecoming. LOL But your blocks look great!
Great job! Love your d9p blocks. Hope you get that quilt done with loads of time to spare. LOVE your quilt you showed on Monday. It is beautiful.
