Knitting at Joann's

Last night was our first night to meet for knitting.  I wasn't sure how many people would show up or be interested in it...There were ten of us last night and I thought that was okay.  The room was big enough and we all brought the knitting we were working on.  We had a good time and some of us even got help with our knitting.  I know I had a good time and everyone said they were glad we were meeting and that they would be back...

I was trying to work on a sock pattern and it just wasn't working out for me.  I had started this sock last year and I had to figure out where I was.  I started working on it and before I knew it , I could tell that I had dropped some stitches.  I had to rip it out and try again.  So, I didn't get any knittting done at knitting but I sure had a great time.  Maybe next time will be more productive.   It was fun to see what everyone is working on.  I didn't take pictures because my camera was dead...I will take them next time and show you our progress.  Please stay tuned.
